The Opportunity

As a payroll specialist with knowledge of New Zealand legislation and payroll procedures, this is an opportunity to bring your expertise to our team and our business. Our role is varied and, if you enjoy complexity, look no further! Our multinational, multi-jurisdiction payrolls will present plenty of scope. Add in the internal and inter-company variables and you can be assured it’s not a routine payroll environment.

About you

You’ll be experienced in significant-sized end-to-end NZ payroll delivery. Our team environment means that, while our NZ payroll will be your key focus, you’ll have opportunity to support the team in contributing to payrolls in other jurisdictions, including Australia and other countries in the Asia Pacific region where Beca operates. A go-to source for NZ legislation queries and process, you’re curious and enthusiastic to proactively upskill, sharing your knowledge in employment-related policy and regulations. You thrive on the value you and your team will contribute to our people, ensuring timelines are met and accuracy is assured.
