SECTION ADMINISTRATOR
Hamilton
If you’re looking for a part-time role, where you will be valued as an integral part of the team, this could be the opportunity for you….
Why Beca?
Our clients are transforming communities and changing lives. We are the problem-solvers – the thinkers, the creators, the planners and practitioners – who understand the vision of our clients and make things happen! As we start our second century, we’re excited about the fresh talent we’re nurturing, the innovative thinking we’re developing and the connections we’re forging.
The Opportunity
Expansion and productivity growth create this opportunity to become the ‘go to person’ for all things admin, enabling the team to do what they do best – engaging with clients for exceptional project delivery. Supporting our Project, Strategy and Delivery and our Waters teams in the Waikato region, the scope of the role will reflect the enthusiasm you bring – your curiosity to learn and initiative will be valued, as will your proactive approach to identify opportunities to support team goals, whether it be coordinating calendars, arranging meetings, formatting documents, invoicing or collating information for bids – no two days will be the same!
About You
Flexible to support people in different locations and adaptable to changing priorities, you’ll have a flair for anticipating needs and juggling priorities, calmly streamlining communication and magically making things happen. Confident in Microsoft Office 365, you’ll take pride in your attention to detail for document presentation and in managing financial and other project-related data, respecting sensitivity of information. Previous experience in a professional services environment will pave the way for success, as will your enthusiasm for fostering, contributing to and enjoying the positive culture of the branch, the region and the wider business.
Our commitment to you
Beca prides itself on supporting a diverse and inclusive culture – inviting contribution and collaboration from creative people of all genders, ethnicity, identity, thought and experiences. Recognising the importance of balance in each aspect of your life, part time hours – ideally five shorter days, perhaps to align with school hours, will suit this role.
Do we have your attention?
