Job Summary

This person will handle technical support calls for assembly, troubleshooting, waranty, parts quotes, and assist the sales team. This is not a call center.

Responsibilities and Duties

Customer service

• Product tech support
• Warranty
• Parts quotes
• Assist sales team
• Other general questions and assistance to dealers

Qualifications and Skills

Experience within the durable medical equipment industry is a plus.

This requires strong technical aptitude mixed with good people skills

College degree is not necessary if other aptitudes are present.

• Comfortable with basic math, profit margin calculations, discount structures
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
