We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk. This position is also responsible for understanding data entry, master data, yields, formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials. Understands the significance of accurate reporting and data entry. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes. Review and enter data updates in the systems. Collecting and digitizing data such as invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements. Keeping a record of hard copy data such as invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial documents. Clarifying missing information by contacting document author. A high school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist. Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members. Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.75 – $24.94 per hour
