Your Tasks

Role Purpose

Help drive the people & culture agenda, attracting the best talent and developing them.

Main Accountabilities

Employer branding

• Create and follow up programs and procedures that help us attract the best talent in the market creating employer branding.
• Be present in different events such as job affairs, university events, etc to position the company in top of mind of the candidates.

Recruiting & Selecting

• Source, screen, recruit, present high quality, diverse talent to Hiring Managers to fill open vacancies in the allocated business group
• Builds and maintains proactive partnerships with all internal and external client groups to understand business needs, staffing requirements and issues, and offers creative and effective sourcing solutions
• Executes recruitment strategies to proactively source diverse pools of candidates using various recruiting tools.
• Implements and enforces consistency with recruiting policies and procedures.
• Successfully manages and tracks assigned postings, prioritizing and closing searches against timeline according to established KPIs
• Partners with other HR functions to identify and manage internal key talent to increase internal mobility.
• Seeks with the compensation area to deliver the best offers to final candidates.

Learning & Development

• Support with the logistics of training events.
• Follow up on training metrics
• Execute the onboarding process end to end.
• Ensure compliance with the monthly training projection.
• Training evaluations & feedback analysis

Your Profile

Skills

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 2+ years recruiting experience in commercial and operative areas.
• Proficient in English speaking
• Experience implementing recruitment processes partnering with HR and business
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize, influence, negotiate and partner effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Developing analytical skills, the ability to report and understand data
