A Pharmacy Clerk is typically the first and only point of contact a customer may have. This job requires friendly, caring and accurate service. General job functions include using the point of sale system (cash register) to ring up customer sales, answering phone calls from patients/providers, providing general answers and direction for products and services that the pharmacy offers and making sure the store is neat and orderly.
