Be part of our amazing team! A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to take on the exciting role of Sales Assistant in our Galway store which is based in Oranmore. Experience in a customer-focused, one-to-one setting is essential as we do take pride in being the best in what we do. Experience in the nursery industry is not essential as we would love to offer you full training to our exceptional standards.

WHO ARE WE?

When Bella Baby opened its doors in Galway in 2008, we decided our mission was to provide mums and dads-to-be with easy access to the best brands, the right information and the best shopping experience possible. Since then we have grown from strength to strength and opened 2 more stores in Ireland in Cork & Dundrum, and we opened our very first UK store in London 5 years ago.

Our store operate between 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sundays.

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE JOB?

Follow and achieve the store’s sales goals on a monthly basis Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Go the “extra mile” to drive sales Cross-sell products.

Handle returns of merchandise.

Build productive trust relationships with customers.

Prioritising customer care & offering unparalleled customer service & aftercare.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Energised and communicative individual,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good standard of IT and numeracy,
• Strong customer focus,
• Attention to details
