Come help the Trades! This is an entry-level position that simply requires the ability to stay on task and up to speed with repetitive work and that you have basic experience with Microsoft Office. There’s quite a bit of “copy/paste” in this role! The cool thing is that you will be helping hardworking apprentices get their hours reported to the State of Washington so they can be on their way to becoming licensed! We all need more people in the Trades!

Responsibilities
- Pull data from our industry job tracking software
- Take data (dates, names, job info, time technician on job) and upload to Excel file
- Additional opportunity to help assemble new hire training kits
- Other entry-level admin tasks on an ad-hoc basis
- Shifts are Mon-Fri 8-5 or 9-6 with some flexibility once trained
Qualification
- Ability to perform work on-site
- Ability to perform repetitive detailed tasks with accuracy
- High proficiency in typing skills and attention to detail
- Competent with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Service Titan is a major plus but not critical
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
