The Spa Receptionist is responsible for day-to-day operations of spa and desk including setting appointments, working Maestro, answering questions, and ensuring cleanliness of spa.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Answer spa desk phone and check messages.
• Set appointments for guests
• Have guests fill out intake forms.
• Use Maestro to ring up sales and keep track of bank.
• Redeem Gift Cards through GiveX and EGiftify
• Answer questions on spa treatments
• Return phone calls and email messages.
• Keep desk area neat.
• Report all issues and concerns to Spa manager or Lead Cosmetologist
• Keep all areas of the spa clean and presentable
• Fill up water pitcher and use fresh fruit
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Continued education preferred.
• Previous spa employment experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills.

ENVIRONMENT: Working indoors. Indoors in a well-ventilated spa area including whirlpool and sauna.
