Bendon Group Looking for Campaign and E-Commerce Producer at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

Our visual and digital narrative is a core part of this journey, and a Producer for Bendon Lingerie it is instrumental to crafting this vision. As part of our core marketing team, you will play the pivotal role in delivering this narrative across the marketing calendar. You will orchestrate the production of our product, campaign and e-commerce marketing imagery and video.

As an omni-channel business working in the retail, outlet, e-commerce and concession spaces, you will create content for e-commerce, take ownership of campaign visuals, new season photography and video, casting and model management.

You will be passionate about telling the Bendon story and harmonising our world-leading product range with creative visions for all to enjoy.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Arranging shoots and products, from talent co-ordination to locations, run times and budget you will take ownership across all facets to deliver campaigns within the business’ needs
• Talent co-ordination and management, casting and securing models to align with each project’s specific needs and managing all talent-related paperwork and agreements
• Post production oversight, engaging with the post-production team externally and internal team to ensure timely and high-quality output
• Select management, collaborate with our internal team to choose the most fitting images for marketing materials
• E-Commerce and sell-in support, overseeing the creation of our sell-in kits, including video and photo assets
• Budget and purchase order management, maintain budget adherence for each campaign and manage and organise POs for financial transparency

What would make you successful?

• 3+ years experience within a similar role in marketing, media production or digital content creation
• Familiarity with budget management and financial planning
• Creative mindset, with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Collaborative nature, with a willingness to work in a fast paced environment and adept at multi-tasking
