Benefit Administrative Systems, LLC Hiring for Eligibility & ID Card Specialist at Remote Full Time

Creates ID cards for new and existing clients according to specific client benefit structure. Responsible for eligibility maintenance on assigned clients and for meeting department quality and production standards.

ID card production/workflow:

• 
  Maintain client structure within external ID card system to produce accurate ID cards
• 
  Produce new or revised ID cards as needed for new and existing clients
• 
  Submit ID card proofs to appropriate parties to obtain ID card approval
• 
  Track of ID card workflow
  
• Create sample ID cards when requested
• 
  Send encrypted ID card files to vendor daily

Eligibility maintenance:

• 
  Perform eligibility maintenance as required by assigned clients via electronic file, email, paper enrollments or portal requests, meeting department accuracy standards
• 
  Request and process missing or additional information on questionable enrollments via telephone or in written form from clients/participants
• 
  Determine appropriate eligibility for special enrollments and late entrants on new groups or renewal enrollments in accordance with plan documents
• 
  Review scheduled reports such as dependent age reports & discrepancy reports, taking appropriate action to correct records when necessary

Education:

Required – High School Diploma or GED

Experience (Years of Experience/Skills/Abilities):

Required – attention to detail, ability to work independently, ability to meet deadlines

Key Working Relationships:

Internal – Must be able to work closely with other departments to accomplish goals, meet deadlines & clarify needs.

External – Must be able to establish and maintain good working relationship with clients and provide excellent customer service
