Requirements: Proven office administrative experience, knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures, excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work, attention to detail and problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and planning skills and experience with Adult Residential facilities a plus.
Responsibilities: Assist Business Office Manager with Payroll. This will be a temporary position. Must have knowledge of_ Paycom System_ for Payroll.
Supervisory Requirements: Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office system, responsible for recruiting staff for the office and ensure top performance of office staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance.
PAY: Will be negotiable

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
