Receptionist/Aide Position

Berkana Rehabilitation is an independent outpatient physical therapy clinic in Fort Collins, CO. We are seeking a full time experienced and knowledgeable receptionist/aide. Job duties include greeting and checking in patients, answering phones in a professional and friendly manner, recording and relaying accurate messages, managing information regarding new patients, scheduling patients, verifying insurance benefits, assisting the therapists as needed, and various other duties such as ensuring that the clinic remains clean, stocked and organized. We are seeking a highly motivate individual that is detailed oriented, independent in managing their time, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to conduct their job duties in an accurate and timely manner.

Background/Knowledge:

1 year of receptionist/aide experience preferred

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and enjoying working with others.

Pay based on experience.
