The role:
Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager who will provide advanced administrative support to the Country Manager as well as the broader team in our Auckland office. This role will proactively manage the Country Manager’s diary and correspondence, effectively anticipating and prioritizing everyday needs. This role will also manage the general duties for the office, coordinate internal and external events as well as occasionally assist with other teammates’ requests.
This role requires discretion, independent judgment and initiative. It would suit an enthusiastic and confident team player, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with little direction. You will have strong communication and time management skills and have previous administration and Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience.
