Overview:

The Independence Analyst’s job responsibilities include Performing various research activities and data processing in support of Independence operations. Performs quality assurance reviews of data prior to consumption by enterprise databases. Has close interaction with other members of the data processing team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist employees in understanding their specific mandatory compliance activities and requirements
• Provide detailed guidance via phone, email, and chat tools
• Answer questions related to the fundamental compliance standards
• Handle a large volume of customer interactions professionally and accurately
• Demonstrate good judgment in the appropriate method to assist customers
• Quickly and accurately document customer interactions in the customer management tool (Service Now)
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Securities/Finance industry,
• Ability to deal with competing priorities
• Customer Service attitude
• Exhibits a high degree of professionalism and possesses outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates proficiency in standard office-productivity tools such as MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Education & Experience

• Customer Service experience required,
• The banking industry experience strongly desired
