This position will support the Contract Administration and Commercial Business Analyst teams for the Consumer Packaging North America (CPNA) Division. The successful candidate will work with the Director of Commercial Operations and other department leaders to provide support for contract entry, sales reporting, basic analytical projects and other key business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with entry and creation of contractual documents utilizing Berry’s contract lifecycle management software.
- Assist in preparation of reports and financial analysis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Assist in data capture and maintenance for Consumer Packaging with regards to resin tracking, sales pipeline, rebate tracking and various assigned tasks.
- Work cross functionally within CPNA Sales Operations department to support business objectives and key projects.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate studies in business discipline such as Finance, Marketing or Pre-Law.
- Basic understanding of common analytical tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, databases, etc.
- Ability to think critically and analyze data for basic trends and summaries.
- Ability to develop and communicate thoughts effectively, both orally and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively and willingness to work independently with guidance.
