Besler & Company Inc. Hiring for Claims Investigation Analyst Jr. – Remote at Remote Full Time

We are currently seeking a Claims Investigation Jr. Analysts to work remote 20 hours a week – day shift.

Primary RESPONSIBILITES:

• Analyze data in excel spreadsheets.
• Analyze and format client data files in a timely manner.
• Produce client facing reports ensuring the BESLER branding is the most recently published and the best quality.
• Identify and determine assigned priorities and workload for daily operation utilizing B-Verified software (Resource Assignment & Workflow Management).
• Conduct client reviews and analysis, per the engagement methodology, and within the designated time frame. (Includes FI, HHA Calls & Facility calls (as required))
• Document in B-Verified software utilizing software guided investigation methodology. Adheres to established protocols and insures compliance standards by providing accurate information on all product line work.
• Maintain appropriate internal control safeguards over (PHI) Protected Health Information, client records and collection of BESLER information.
• Maintain compliance standards for providing accurate information on all product line work.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with all superiors regarding the status and results of the business operations under control of the Manager.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated abilities and experience in the following areas:

• Strong Excel experience required.

• Minimal related business experience in the healthcare field useful.
• Skills in using PC computers (Excel) and related software essential to effective and efficient performance.
• Strong, clear, and effective communication, organizational and prioritization skills.

Comfortable with all forms of communication in both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
