Job description

  • Understand and upkeep the SOP of cleaning operation
  • Record and Report Issues to RM and operation team
  • Identify service gap and inform the RM and operation team
  • Support Process Improvements
  • Identify scope for retraining
  • Investigating customer complaints regarding service gap

Job specification

  • Min Diploma holder & above. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Able to converse in English, Malay, Mandarin and some dialects would be advantageous
  • MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint skill ready
  • SOP training will be provided for successful applicants
  • Able to work in crossed shift work as this is 24 hours operation
