Our Career Services Consultants provide solutions to career services departments of schools, employment services departments of organizations, and people regarding their careers through our online career development platform of career services solutions.

​Responsibilities

• Connect with representatives from schools or organizations as prospective business clients
• Schedule meetings with representatives from schools or organizations to perform demos
• Present demos onsite or remotely online to representatives from schools or organizations
• Listen to problems, needs, and requirements from representatives of schools or organizations
• Consult solutions to representatives from schools or organizations based on our platform
• Agree on prices, terms, and conditions with representatives of schools or organizations
• Contract with schools or organizations as business clients to provide them our services
• Assemble, deploy, and manage resources to ensure delivery of our services to business clients
• Consult individual customers as members in how to achieve career goals using our platform
• Assist members with creating a username and password and purchasing a membership
• Help members update their profile initially and throughout completion of learning programs
• Provide members an overview of our learning programs and other products and services
• Service members in a case management way to ensure optimal use of our platform of solutions
• Ensure quality of products and services meet requirements of schools, organizations, and members
• Resolve any questions, requests, and issues that schools, organizations, or members may have
• Generate and analyze reports of feedback, ratings, and performance of our products and services
• Report to management on activities of responsibilities on a scheduled basis
• Escalate to management any challenging questions, requests, and issues
• Maintain or improve relationships with schools, organizations, and members to promote loyalty
• Learn and keep updated about our products, services, markets, competitors, and company
• Use available standard resources or customize resources as needed to perform work
• Perform other duties and responsibilities within scope of work as necessary

Requirements

• Must have exceptional skills in building relationships and acquiring and maintaining accounts
• Must have exceptional skills in customer service, communications, and problem-solving
• Must have skills using various electronic devices (computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc.)
• Must have skills using work related Microsoft products and services (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Must have skills using web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)
• Must have skills using online video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.)
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Preferably have a college level degree, although not needed

Employment Status

• Exempt Employee or Independent Contractor

Location

• Primarily work remotely, secondarily onsite based on needs of clients

Salary

• 10% – 20% commission, plus may include base salary
