Bethesda is currently recruiting one (1) Full-Time Contract Administrative Assistant to support Human Resources and Facilities. This contract will continue until March 31, 2023.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess the following:
· College Diploma in Office Administration or related field is required
· Two-Four years related experience is required
· Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Office
· Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks throughout the day
· Strong understanding of confidentiality and privacy practices including sending and receiving information
· Experience with maintaining electronic records
· Experience with collaborating and maintaining a positive working relationship with a variety of stakeholders
· Strong communication skills
· Experience with providing customer service
· Strong ability to work with multiple team members
· The ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and databases
· The ability to transcribe minutes, and maintain variety of filing systems
· Experience coordinating meetings and events
· Experience developing and copy editing promotional materials (i.e. Brochures and Newsletters)
· General administrative duties including professional and polite office reception
· Ability to travel between various work locations
· Strong commitment to privacy and confidentiality with knowledge of pertinent legislation
· French/English Bilingualism is an asset
