Better Living Homecare Hiring For Care Coordinator at Remote Full Time

Better Living Homecare is a rapidly growing company that provides a home care service to people who are incapacitated and need assistance with some of the activities of daily living. We are headquartered in County Meath with Clients and Carers across Meath, Kildare and Dublin.

This is a 100% remote role that can be undertaken from your own home anywhere in Ireland.

This is a full time role. Hours of work are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with a requirement to work Saturday & Sunday on rotation every 4 weeks (days off in lieu of weekend work). Flexibility is also available on times/days.

An attractive level of remuneration, commensurate with experience, will be offered to the right person.

Duties:

• Scheduling of Carer visits to Clients using rostering software (full software training will be provided)
• Handling ongoing amendments to Clients/Carers schedules in real time
• Handling emergency situations calmly and professionally

Requirements

• Have excellent inter-personal communication skills
• Be able to prioritise and solve problems in real time and under pressure
• Be able to work on own initiative
• Have a can-do and problem-solving attitude
• Confident in dealing with people of varied backgrounds
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Be able to display professionalism in verbal and written format whilst also displaying empathy
• Must be comfortable with understanding geographical route planning and logistics
• Experience in a previous role that involved scheduling people to assignments would be an advantage
• Proficient with using the Microsoft suite of products
