We are looking for a friendly, detailed oriented person to join our growing team. The primary role of this position will be processing orders, scheduling appointments, answering phones, relaying messages and greeting customers.
– Fluent in google calendar, excel and word
– Excellent customer service
– Project coordination
– CAD experience an asset
– Interpret drawings
– Work independently and with others with little supervision
– Team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
