$30 – $35 per hour + holiday pay

Our roles will see you managing accounts receivable/ accounts payable functions, liaising with customers, and maintaining accurate records. Attention to detail and dedication to accuracy are key to being successful in these roles.

Responsibilities Include

• Processing and posting payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Matching invoices and PO numbers, coordinating payment batches, and answering queries.
• Reconciling discrepancies and resolving billing issues.
• Daily credit control and accounts receivable functions.
• Generating monthly reports.
• Collaborating with other departments to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Other Administrative tasks.

About You

• Minimum 1- 2 years plus experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Oracle. Sage, MYOB, Xero).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
