The Customer Service & Sales Support will play a crucial role in driving their sales efforts and supporting their growth strategy. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process.

We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in exporting, as this driven company is expanding globally and engaging with international clients.

What We Are Looking For

• A deep understanding of export regulations, documentation, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction – Wow a bonus!
• A strong background in sales
• Excellent organizational and skills
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Effectively interact with customers and understand their needs and preferences.
• Effectively communication with both internal teams and external customers.
• Previous SAP experience – Even Better! But not essential

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating sales activities
• Maintain and update the company’s customer database,
• Administrative support to the sales team by assisting in preparing sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
• Manage and coordinate sales activities and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support and assist the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.
• Monitor and analyses sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
