Our client is within the Healthcare sector and is currently looking for an experienced administrator to assist the Health and Safety team. You will be working alongside the Health & Safety Manager, Fire Safety Officer, and Health & Safety Advisor.

Duties

• General typing and documentation
• Data entry
• Checking forms and checklists
• Record maintenance and filing
• Preparing training sessions
• Maintaining the on-call roster
• Facilitating incident communications

Candidate requirements:

• Have proven experience in administration
• Health & Safety background would be ideal but not required
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and motivated
• Can start immediately
• Have full working rights in New Zealand, overseas applicants who are not currently residing in New Zealand will not be considered.
