What can you expect in this role? As a key People and Culture team member, you’ll work closely with People Leaders and employees, providing high-level support across various HR functions.
Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including expert advice on performance management, recruitment, employment relations, remuneration, recognition and reward, benefits and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, development, and change management. You’ll also play a vital role in the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, reporting, and analytics.
Collaboration is critical in the organisation, and you’ll have the chance to work closely with the P&C team and other relevant departments to deliver on our strategic initiatives, ensuring we provide maximum value to the business. If you’re passionate about continuous improvement, you’ll have the opportunity to lead or support various initiatives to enhance our service delivery.
So, what do we look for in our ideal candidate? We require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in generalist P&C advisory, preferably with a solid recruitment background. Your team and customer service focus should be second to none, and your exceptional communication skills will help you build a strong rapport and trust with key stakeholders. We value resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. Additionally, having a sound knowledge of New Zealand Employment Law is crucial for success in this role.
