We have an exciting new Residential General Manager opportunity for an experienced property manager and people leader. If you have a passion for maintaining healthy homes and tenant satisfaction, and leading others to success, we want to hear from you.

As the Residential General Manager, you will oversee the Residential Company of the business and will work with the group to provide strategic direction and oversee the implementation of projects and plans, ensuring that properties are maintained to a high, healthy standard while meeting their budgeted revenues. You will lead your team in managing a diverse range of properties and tenants through a culture of care.

All properties are owned by the business. There is only one landlord and they are committed to providing properties that meet the requirements of healthy homes. You may be ideal for this role if you have:

• Extensive experience in property management
• Previous experience in staff management
• A strong focus on systems and processes and the ability to use systems cleverly
• The ability to solve problems, including when under pressure
• The ability to plan ahead and thing strategically
• Proven resilience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
