Beyond Swimming Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Remote Full Time

Beyond Swimming is looking for an amazing customer service representative who can provide product/services information, answer incoming calls and questions, resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency and most importantly book services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Generate sales leads

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
