Job Description:

• Arrange travel for businesses, sports teams, vacations, weddings and more
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, day trips
• Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
• Receive ongoing trainings in order to stay inform for the best experience of our clients
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Determine customer’s needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans
• Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme park tickets.
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during trips
• Point of contact for clients before, during, and after travel.

Requirements:

• No experience necessary
• Computer or smart phone required
• Must be 18+ and coachable
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
