TSW Management Services is looking for a Client Service Assistant for its Vancouver Office!
As a member of TSW you will support the Wholesale Broker and Regional Manager in providing the highest quality service to clients, colleagues, and insurers.

YOUR DAY AS A CLIENT SERVICE ASSISTANT
Administrative
Creates and maintains electronic files (EPIC) to ensure that they are organized and up to date
Processes cover notes/binders, invoices, policies, and other documentation as required
Issues Certificates of Insurance as required
Creates electronic abeyances and advises Team and follows up for outstanding items
Processes incoming mail and directs to the appropriate person on the Team
Updates the renewal list as required
Manage bordereaux
Ensures all correspondence is accurate and flows in a timely manner
Accounting
In conjunction with the WIB, monitors and follows up on outstanding client accounts receivables
Works with the Accounting Department and insurers to resolve accounting discrepancies and related
issues
Receive and reconcile broker payments
Create monthly broker statements
Broker/Insurer
Responds to telephone calls and written inquiries from brokers and underwriters in a timely and
professional manner
Assists the WIB in preparing underwriting submissions and client proposals when required
Assist WIB in preparing Brokers E&O monthly bordereau
Requests and follows up with insurers and clients for outstanding information, endorsements or
documentation, as applicable
Reviews policy documents to ensure accuracy, with appropriate follow up to correct any errors
General
Follows TSW policies and procedures, including security and quality procedures, as currently set out
and as amended from time to time
Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Level 1 license
At least 1 – 3 years of commercial experience or relevant insurance education
Must be client focused and service oriented
Maintenance of licensing requirements/continuing education
Ability to excel in a paperless environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, and written
Positive attitude and a desire to learn
Ability to work well independently, as part of a team, and with others throughout the organization
Willingness to go beyond job description.

Our Vancouver office is situated in Coal Harbour, half a block from the world renowned Seawall.
