• Oversee and lead our new and expanding recruitment and/or manpower outsourcing business at strategic and operational level.
• Strategize, plan and ensure execution of the recruitment and/or manpower outsourcing business objectives are set and met.
• To grow and expand our recruitment and/or manpower outsourcing business.
• Fully responsible for the P&L of the business unit.
• Work with existing customers and potential customers to build successful relationships and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Seasoned professional with 5 -15 years experience in leading recruitment and/or manpower outsourcing business unit (Permanent Placement or Flexible Staffing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Optimistic and humility.
• Passion, high energy and tenacious.
