The Role:
The National Sales Manager is responsible for driving company performance by delivering the corporate goals and strategies within BIC New Zealand’s (NZ) business. The Sales Manager will review and monitor company performance across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance to ensure achievement of net sales and profitability targets within New Zealand. This role has total country P&L responsibility. This position is also responsible for hands-on management of national accounts and other channel management duties within BIC New Zealand’s business, and requires a high level of professionalism in dealing with customers on a daily basis.

The most senior role has overall responsibility for the country’s various business functions. These include national sales, field sales, marketing, finance, customer service, supply chain and human resources
