Key Role Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the full candidate journey: Advertising roles, screening, interviewing, advising and guiding candidates through the process
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment requirements and guide them through the process

• Work with Managers to provide administration Support
• Resolve queries received and by phone and e-mail in a timely manner
• Ensure task information and updates are accurate, timely and meet client requirements
• Delivery of service to agreed standards and metrics.
• Provide a professional service and represent Bidvest Noonan in line with company’s ethos and expectations.
• Provide a professional service in all internal and external communications
• Managing Cleaning rotas on Timegate system
• Using Agresso to complete Admin tasks
• Run reports on Agresso and Timegate
• Full site office administration including typing letters and reports
• Manage employee and training files

Key Requirements:

• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional approach to all situations.
• Good communication skills both Written and Verbal.
• Friendly manner when dealing with Client.
• Possess and display initiative.
• Must hold a valid Visa enabling the holder to work in the Republic of Ireland
