This is a challenging faced paced role covering multiple sites and colleagues across the Kerry, Mid-western and Galway region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Account Management to top allocated clients, developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
• Provide professional leadership, guidance, and direction to site & Area teams
• Change Management – Ability to identify, implement and manage change
• Assume financial responsibility, in conjunction with the Operations Manager for allocated areas on Profit & Loss account to include wages, equipment, janitorial supplies etc.
• Retention of all existing contracts and ensure protection of our margin for allocated accounts
• Review & approve Payroll and Holiday requests
• Inspect and examine all tasks provided to the client
• Attends all staff and client meeting
• Placing orders and sourcing materials for client.
• Providing quotations for any additional works requested by client.
• Auditing and reporting on weekly and monthly basis.
• Drive new technological processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Experience in role preferred but not necessary
• Track record in Similar Role
• Flexibility in working week
• Advanced Excel, Microsoft, CRM, Payroll skills
