Bidvest Noonan Hiring for Customer Service Advisor Job at Ireland , Ireland Full Time

Bidvest Noonan has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to operate a Front Desk position at our clients’ premises based in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre.

The role holder will have responsibility for assisting with customer enquiries in a professional manner, operating the phone and transferring calls as required as well as associated front desk duties.
The Customer Service Advisor will take responsibility for the effective day-to-day running of the Front Desk area, ensuring an exceptionally high standard of customer service, receiving, and managing both visitors and customers efficiently and in a friendly manner. This role is an active and visible role requiring excellent interpersonal skills and will suit an energetic individual who is highly motivated, organised and detail orientated, and will be flexible to the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers and visitors arriving at the front desk, providing outstanding customer service
• Take full ownership of the Front Desk and all associated areas, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard
• Manage a busy phone system, transferring calls to the correct area at all times
• Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity at all times
• Ability to operate communication systems to ensure correct procedures are always followed
• Ensure that management are notified of a visitor’s arrival in a timely manner
• Ensure that records of the arrival of visitors are completed in a timely and professional manner
• Manage stationery supplies and order new stock as required
• Look at areas/opportunities to enhance the visitor experience

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Fluent English
• Excellent PC skills including Excel
• Previous experience working in a busy front desk environment
• Previous experience in people and client relationship management
