Top Key Role Responsibilities:
- Check the BMS in the morning, identify, report and clear/reset any alarms
- Perform daily walks around pilot plant, mezzanine, boiler room, A, B and C blocks looking for possible leaks or structural damage
- Respond to email requests coming from different areas and perform any unplanned work required from the client
- Check emergency doors, first aid boxes, flush all emergency showers and eye-wash stations
- Flush showers. taps and other water outlets around the building
- Weekly checks on fridges and freezers
- Perform a full building fabric inspection
- Any other reasonable duties as requested
Top Key Requirements:
- Basic plumbing would be an advantage
- Valid documentation to work in Ireland
- A proficient level of written/spoken English
