Bidvest Noonan Hiring for Site Supervisor (Healthcare) Job at Dublin , Ireland Full Time

Location:

• St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin 4.

Hours of Work:

• Mon – Fri: 17:00 -21:00
• Cover supervisor when other supervisors are out sick or are on holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring site EHQS process and procedures are adhered too and maintaining positive culture throughout the Bidvest Noonan team.
• Ensure that Infection Prevention and Control Protocols and HIQA requirements are always adhered to.
• Supervise a Site Team of Operatives within a prescribed scope of works and reporting to Bidvest Noonan Site Manager and the onsite client.
• Responsible for training staff in skills to perform duties and for delivery of Safety Tool Box Talks.
• ·Responsible for supervising all activities in adherence with company and site policies relating to Health & Safety and Infection Prevention and Control.
• Completion of Incident Report Forms.
• Liaise with client representatives on all aspects of service delivery.
• Attend to all site requirements to agreed schedules and professional standards
• Be a member of the management team of the site – agile approach for the continuous changing nature of healthcare.
• Participation in client management auditing process.
• Conduct daily cleaning audits and ensure corrective action is taken to address issues identified during audit process.
• Supervising staff in accordance with company disciplinary process.
• Support and supervise site related projects which may include flexibility in hrs when required to competed or supervise out of hours projects.
• Complete all reasonable tasks requested by Site Manager

• Ability to communicate in English.

• COVID-19 Vaccinated.
• Ability to adapt to change in schedules.
• Ability to resolve problems in a safe and timely manner
