Title: Technical Support Specialist/Desktop Support III

Location: Kansas City, MO.

Duration: Fulltime 3+ months Contract

Pay Rate: $46.00/hr.

We are hiring Technical Support Specialist/Desktop Support III for one of our clients in Kansas City, MO.

Experience required:

· At least 2 years of related work experience needed.

· Must be recent Must be knowledgeable in the following areas: Windows 7 Windows 10 Imaging PC via SCCM Basic Networking Basic Troubleshooting.

Skills required:

· Skills Desktop operation and support – Installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of ongoing usability of desktop, computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.

· Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.

Education Required:

· College level

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $34.00 – $46.00 per hour
