Office Assistant:

At Bionaut Labs we are looking for a fun and energetic person to join our team to help support the logistical challenges that come with a deep tech startup. This person should be a go-getter ready and willing to take on any task posed by the research team. Great personality and willingness to help is a must in this position. Will be assisting the People Operations Manager to help make the team a success.

Duties:

– assist with ordering

– responsible for re-stocking food, beverages, and basic supplies in the lab

– assist with office organization

– coordinate and organize scheduling and zoom schedules

– drive errands/deliveries when needed

-multitask/prioritize/change direction easily

Qualifications:

– high school diploma

– able to work M-F 8hrs

– has a driver’s license and willing to drive

– able to lift heavy objects (35lbs)

– is detail-oriented

– is responsible

– is organized

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
