Birch Wood Vineyards Event Center is looking for Dishwashers help for our busy year round event schedule. Job Description

 Provide assistance to Chefs and General Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.

 Help your team clean all kitchen items, small wears, Glass and silverwear used during the event

 Assist supervisors with various tasks as needed, and provide supervisors with needed items.

 Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Sweep or scrub floors. Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.

 Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.

 Follow attendance rules.

 Perform other related functions that may be assigned.

Requirements

 Experience Not Required

 Must be able to stay focused on the job while on feet and moving about freely, which can include climbing stairs, bending, and carrying items weighing up to 25-50 pounds.

 Must be willing to relate cordially with other members of the team and help co-workers with their job duties

 Must have basic knowledge of service standards, guest relations, food and beverage preparations as well as etiquette

 Ability to understand and apply written product labeling instructions to ensure the safe application of such products.

 Adhere to grooming and appearance standards

*Heavy Weekend and Night schedule as weddings are usually held on weekends and at night.
