You are

• Passionate for Talent Acquisition
• 2 years+ of experience as a recruiter
• Have experience with Job boards such as Linkedin
• Have experience doing boolean search
• Able to scan high volume of resumes
• Interested in developing in Talent Acquisition and HR
• Great communication skills and ability to build an accurate candidate´s engagement.
• Have an advanced level of English
• Knowledge of LATAM FinTech market is a plus

You will do

• E2E recruitment process
• Take kick-off meetings with Hiring Managers and Build a strong relationships with them & stakeholders as well.
• Assist Talent Partners to fill positions
• Open positions in ATS
• Keep tracking of the candidates in ATS
• Help TA team to build strong employer branding
• Take care of candidate experience during the process and assist them once they are new coworkers.
• Agencies relationship management
