Job Purpose

At Blackadders, our Receptionists are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing clients questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate for the role is a self-motivated individual with superb communication skills. Multitasking and the ability to prioritise tasks are essential qualities to bring to the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal with photocopying of ID and other relevant paperwork
• Welcome client and visitors in a friendly manner
• Answer and direct phonecalls accordingly
• Keep detailed records of visitors to the office
