BlackboxMyCar Looking for Picking & Packing at Richmond, BC Full Time

BlackboxMyCar is currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic individual to fill the role of Picking and Packing under our Office Support department.

As the Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing orders of inbound and outbound shipments for BlackboxMyCar seamlessly. Your eye-for-detail ensures all items are being shipped out on time. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager. Please note that this is NOT a physically intensive job.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…

Process, pick and pack customer orders accurately

Prepare shipment documents manually or by computer as required

Inspect, verify, unpack, sort and keep records on outgoing and incoming shipments

Receive damaged or defective goods authorized for return to establishment

Accountable for inventory movements and performing inventory counts

Monitors and investigates variances in inventory

Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking

Properly secures all assets and physical inventory and follows all loss prevention and key control procedures

YOU MUST HAVE…

Must have high school diploma

Working experience in a shipping and receiving role preferred

Able to lift up to 10lbs may be required

You are motivated, energetic about your work and are organized.

Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.

Lifting or moving up to 10lbs may be required

Ability to perform assigned works accurately and with minimal supervision

Strong time management and organizational skills

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
