? The Role:
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience with our products and services. Your key responsibilities include:
? Customer Communications: Be the first point of contact for customers, maintaining positive, professional relationships.
? Product Support: Provide technical assistance and solve customer issues within our SLA timeframes.
? Training and Onboarding: Help customers learn and use our products effectively.
? Stock Order Processing: Manage hardware dispatch and ensure prompt delivery.
? Installations Management: Coordinate installations and carry out hardware activations.
? Record Keeping: Keep customer, sales, and inventory records up to date.
? General Support: Assist with various administrative and office tasks.
? Inventory Management: Help with inventory-related tasks as needed.
