BLACKROC are excited to be partnering with a cutting edge fin-tech company as they begin to scale their platform and engineering team.

This is a group of passionate technologists and subject matter experts, working to introduce a new standard of technology into the Australian landscape. You’ll be joining the nucleus of a bootstrapped business that’s post-revenue and already hitting ambitious growth targets.

What you’ll be doing

• Working directly with customers and stakeholders to create and refine product requirements
• Developing new functionality and iterating on existing ones to ensure performance and a best in class feature set
• Maintaining high standards of code quality, focussing on extensibility, documentation and security
• Contributing to architectural design, technology strategy and project roadmaps

What you’ll ideally have

• Experience with Java and/or Kotlin
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Experience working with event driven architecture, Kafka or similar
• Experience with DevOps tooling and containerisation
• Experience working with OAuth and OpenID
