Our Lumin product (www.mylumin.org) is the culmination of 25 years of experience as a communications/software business with a clear vision of addressing Isolation and loneliness for the worlds must vulnerable people by making technology MUCH easier to access.

Qualifications & experience

• No technical skills – our best staff have had NO experience with any ‘techy-stuff’
• Excellent communication, empathy and patience
• A burning desire and experience helping people Eg. Hospitality, customer service, account management
• Basic computer skills, and a wellness to learn new tools. MS Word, basic excel etc.
• The willingness to learn and, with training to be able to talk about the benefits of Lumin

Tasks & responsibilities

• Motivate village staff and residents about our amazing product
• Roll up the sleeves when required to ensure a successful install of Lumin – no technical skills required
• Use our pricing tools and template contract documentation to communicate with new customers and prospects
• Be able to talk to new customers about the benefits of Lumin
• Basic trouble shooting – no technical skills required
