Our Titles Represenative (Title and Mortgage Lien Operations Specialist I) provides general support in all areas of the Titles department and ensures accuracy on all loan records and documents. They will ensure a high level of member satisfaction by living by Blue’s mission statement. The specialist supports the titles department while remaining compliant with Blue’s procedures.

This position is responsible for:

• Ensures all tasks are processed within department service level agreements including all lien release and filing processes
• Responds to all loan-related inquiries in a timely manner. Conducts all communication (written, verbal, and face-to-face) with all persons (members, teammates, staff, and vendors) in a clear, kind, collaborative, and constructive manner. Maintains service levels for all department turn-times as set forth by management.
• Works closely with 3rd parties to ensure our liens are perfected and member issues are resolved
• Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act,and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Full Time Position

Compensation: $14.56 – $21.84
