Part-Time Administrative Assistant needed. Monday through Friday.
8am-12pm (Flexible)
Duties Include
* Normal office duties such as answer phone, handle mail and correspondence.
* Review time sheets and enter time into a spreadsheet.
* Coordinate bi-weekly payroll.
* Human Resource duties such as screen applications, assist with recruitment, and advertising. Schedule interviews.
* Experience in all aspects of office management a plus.
* Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and Word are helpful.
* Create contracts.
* Create invoices bi-weekly.
20-25 hours per week. Hourly wage will be depending on experience.
