Blue Star Inc. is rapidly expanding and is looking for a Customer Service Representativeto join our team effective immediately.

Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities

• Dispatching employees for additional pickups
• Processing over the phone payments and billing on a daily basis.
• Keep detailed records of customers interactions and transactions, recording all details of inquiries and complaints, and course of action to resolve issues.
• Spanish language a plus .Must be English proficient for communication of daily assignment
• Must be able to make outbound and inbound calls.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• This is a part time entry level position . FLEX HOURS AVAILABLE
• Must have at least 1 years of Customer Service Representative experience
• Must be diversified employee, friendly, compassionate and team player
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have heavy customer service and accounts receivable diversified experience needed. experience.
• Applicant should be familiar with Somerset County towns and roadways. Local area resident of Somerset County preferred due to this service area.
• Spanish language a plus.
• Must be English proficient for communication of daily assignment
• Flexible hours of employment 6 hrs per day 30 hrs per week or 7 hrs per day 4 days. Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
