Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist employees and leadership with HR issues/questions, acting as liaison to HR Manager.
• Coordinate leave of absence paperwork and tracking to include voluntary layoffs, FLMA, Military Leave, etc.
• Manage Master EE List, including weekly PPR audit. Report data as requested.
• Organize schedule for employee first day. Communicate to organization. Facilitate HR portion of New Hire Orientation
• Act as the single point of contact between temporary staffing agencies and NWNA
• Coordinate pre-employment process to include drug screen, physical and background verification with Truescreen
• Track employee turnover and provide reporting as requested.
• Set up and maintain employee personnel and supplemental files.
• Provide administrative support to Human Resource Manager.
• Assist with additional HR reporting, tracking, etc.
• Collect and log all Performance Problem Resolution (PPR) issues. Capture and report out to leadership weekly.
• Manage HR compliance dashboard against National HR KPI’s (quarterly)
• Assist with communication of information to employees at factory wide meetings
• Support HRM’s with training needs (BTJ, Quarterly trainings
• Manage the Exit Interview process for all Voluntary Terminations
• Coordinate/support national/local Health & Wellness programs.
• Regional support of KPI reporting
• Coordinate diversity outreach program.
• Assist with the annual wage survey process.
• Assist with the annual regulatory compliance and internal audits.
• Assist with Annual Enrollment Process
• Other special projects/duties as assigned.

Key qualifications include:
Minimum: 5 years administrative experience

Prior Human Resources experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP (and Internet)

Excellent organization and documentation skills

Ability to prioritize and manage changing responsibilities

Demonstrated experience dealing with confidential and proprietary information
